Comprehending Moorish American Nationality Through Accessible Moorish Education

My beloved cousin said to me, “I follow you, Cousin, it’s all interesting, but I don’t know all that stuff your talking about.” For days and weeks, I thought about what my cousin had said to me.

Being in Moorish Education as a Moorish educator, I needed to be responsible and answer a simple question. However, my cousin didn’t quite ask the question, “How do I become a Moor?” as did Brother Ryan, which helped me construct a simple answer from complex information coming from several contradictory paths. Not all Moors will answer the same question with the same answer and several answers are much more complicated than they need to be. Some processes are silly and harmful.

To answer the question, “How do I become a Moor?” you already are one. Just make the claim and be able to defend the claim in case some challenges it. I doubt anyone will, because burden of proof otherwise would be on the challenger and impossible to win. The claimant does not have to prove in order to claim, only claim.

Now that you know that Negro, Black, and African American are political stances and not Nationalities and you want your International Human Right to a Nationality, you need no one but you in order to reestablish yourself as a Moor. If you need to learn how to claim and defend, I recommend studying any path that interests you. I recommend simplicity over complications and speed over long process. I also recommend actual education, meaning verifiable History and Law, for example.

Also, I recommend acquiring a good education in reading comprehension and not trusting people just because they have titles and stand up. I recommend learning from someone with the ability to remain calm and answer any question.

Next concept, claiming Moorish American Nationality-- there are variations on what this means. The Moorish American Institute teaches that Moorish Americans are True Blood Indigenous American People mislabeled as Negros, Indians, Blacks, Colored Persons, Persons of Color, Afro Americans, and African Americans for political reasons to suppress these People and control their lands and resources. All Moors are supposed to know how to explain and articulate this position as the basis of Moorish American Education. For those unable to do so, remain quite and join nothing until you comprehend.

Why does one need a Nationality anyway, isn’t being a citizen good enough?

No, in Law, Laws all over the World, domestic and International, one needs a Nationality in order to be considered Human. The status of citizen has benefits that can change with governments and has nothing to do with Blood Nationality. With a Nationality one is in better position to socially navigate.

What is Social Navigation?

In a discipline of Moorish Education called Moorish Psychology, put simply, social navigation is finding one’s way in society. Deeper, Social Navigation is ascertaining, or plotting and controlling one’s social course, or position in life.
